Hi, I'mToya Ann.
I am a mom, a wife, and a Texas Southern University graduate with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Transdisciplinary Studies. My professional background spans over a decade in customer service, store management, and retail leadership. I leverage this deep expertise in customer behavior and operational scaling to design digital solutions through my business, Shift and Scale. As a multidisciplinary designer and workflow strategist, I specialize in website builds, site revamps, creative document layouts, and AI-driven workflows. My passion for branding began at home when I built the visual identity and website for my husband's barbershop, ChopUpJay. That experience inspired me to launch Shift and Scale.
